Equipment & Apparatus, Explained

HeartStone, HeartStone Mini, NextGen Growth Rings, the Pro Staff, and Tracy's equipment inventions from the Hybrid Reformer to the Super-G Floor — plus the sustainability standards behind them.

HeartStone ($299)

HeartStone is a limited-edition pair of 2.8-lb weighted 'energy trainers,' each beset with a sphere of rose quartz, designed for Tracy's signature conductor-style arm sequences. The practice syncs movement to your heartbeat, magnifying the heart-boosting arm work and taking core and upper body 'to higher ground' — positioned as both physical training and heart-centered ritual.

The set includes an artisanal wooden base for crystal care, two organic cotton travel bags, and access to guided HeartStone workouts. It's cast from iron in a waste-free process, free from PFAS, phthalates, BPA, and VOCs; the hand-cut crystals come from an Indian supplier certified for safe working conditions and equitable pay. Final sale, non-returnable. Companion ritual products: HeartStone Eau de Parfum ($125) and a scented candle ($65), both rose with lemongrass, patchouli notes.

HeartStone Mini ($285)

HeartStone Mini scales the practice for kids — 'a mindful strength practice for growing bodies and growing minds.' The pair of 1.5-lb rose-quartz trainers uses light resistance to build mindful upper-body and core strength while keeping kids present and connected, with exclusive Mini content included.

NextGen Growth Rings

NextGen Growth Rings is Tracy's strength-training program — 'the art of lifting differently.' It's her answer to conventional resistance training: strength work designed around the Method's multidirectional movement principles rather than repetitive single-plane loading, so you 'lift with intention.' Pricing and packages are listed on the official page.

A history of inventing equipment

Custom apparatus has been part of the Method from the start. Tracy invented the Hybrid Body Reformer in 2005, brought her Iso-Kinetic band system into the studio and invented the Cube apparatus in 2008, created the Super-G Floor in 2009, designed a trampoline workout in 2007 (public release 2013), and launched MYMODE in 2022, the Pro Staff, HeartStone (2023), and Growth Rings since. The through-line: when existing equipment couldn't produce the movement she wanted, she built new equipment.

The materials standard

Across the current line, the stated standard is natural, non-toxic, and minimally wasteful: sustainably sourced wood instead of plastic and foam, iron cast without waste, no PVC/formaldehyde/phthalates/PFAS/BPA/VOCs, recycled and plastic-free packaging, and certified supplier labor conditions. Tracy's framing: standard equipment's toxic materials were 'the impetus' for building her own.
